RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY 

If something isn’t quite right or you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept full priced, unworn (with original tags attached and garment bag), unwashed or faulty items for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date (Australia & International orders included).

Please be mindful, we do not provide refunds on sale items (including flash sales and all discounted items). Store credit or exchange only.

Goods must be in a re-sellable condition to return, this means they are unworn, free from makeup and odour, unmarked, undamaged and have original tags and bags attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions upon inspection at our delivery centre. 

Please note: Returns are processed within 5 business days of the parcel arriving at our fulfilment centre. We kindly ask that you only reach out to customer service if the return has not been processed within this time frame.

RETURN & EXCHANGE OPTIONS 

For Exchanges - FREE Return Label + $5 bonus credit

You can exchange any eligible items that you aren’t completely satisfied with through our online portal and receive a bonus $5 to use. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee your chosen exchange item will be secured until your exchange has been received at the post office. 

For Australian orders - you will be provided with a pre-paid postage label to return your items back to us.

For International orders - you will need to process a return request through our portal however, you will at this time need to arrange your own shipping.

Online store credit - FREE Return Label + $5 bonus credit

We offer online store credits in the form of a unique discount code that are valid for 12 months from the return processing date and just like an exchange, we cover the cost of the return by providing you with a prepaid return label. You will receive this as a gift card. You will also receive a $5 bonus credit added to it for your next purchase.

For Australia orders - you will be provided with a pre-paid postage label to return your items back to us.

For International orders - you will need to process a return request through our portal, however you will need to arrange your own shipping.

Refund - $10 Return Label / AU Customers

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn full priced items within 30 days (Australia and International) for a refund  through our portal. Our system provides a $10 flat rate return label generated for Australian domestic orders only, the cost is then deducted from your refund. This rate has recently increased due to price increases from our carrier and warehouse handling fees. This also ensures that if your product is lost in transit we will be able to cover the cost for you. 

For Afterpay orders, repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or using PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card and is not valid to be refunded for cash.

Please note, if you opt for a refund - this will be processed within 5 business days of arriving at our fulfilment centre. This timeframe may be impacted during sale periods. 

Faulty returns

We pride ourselves on quality manufacturing, in the rare event that you have received a faulty item, you will need to process this through our portal for exchange or refund. We will cover the cost of your return if your product is deemed a manufacturer fault otherwise $10 will be taken out of your refund.

 

Sale item returns

Items purchased on sale are returnable for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds on sale items.  

If an item is marked as Final Sale it cannot be returned.

 

International Returns 

At this time we cannot offer free return shipping to our amazing International customers - but we are working on this for the future. 

If returning from outside of Australia you will still need to process a return request through our portal however you will at this time need to arrange your own shipping. 

If you have opted for an exchange order, please note this will not be processed until your return has been received at our fulfilment centre in Burleigh Heads QLD. 

To have your exchange processed sooner and to avoid missing out on your desired exchange item, please email orders@ninelivesbazaar.com with a copy of your return tracking number.

 

Gift with purchases

If you placed an order which was eligible for a gift with purchase promotion period, and you returned an item/s for an exchange, you are eligible to keep the gift with purchase item. However, if you return for a refund, you will receive a $10 flat rate return label generated for domestic orders, the cost is then deducted from your refund and you will need to return your gift with purchase within the return parcel. 


Incorrect Items Received

We are only human and sometimes we make mistakes, if you have accidentally received the incorrect item in your order please get in contact with us ASAP and we will fix it for you at our cost. Just email orders@ninelivesbazaar.com with your order number and our customer care team will help you.
