An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing coordinator to join Nine Lives Bazaar on a full-time basis.


Based out of our beautiful Kingscliff beach-side HQ, you will be reporting to our Marketing Manager & Directors working in a fun-loving team to assist in the coordination and implementation of the overall marketing and digital strategy for the brand. Aside from coordinating the marketing calendar, you will also be responsible for planning and creating content across all channels, planning, and scheduling social media activities and assisting with the creation and implementations of NLB parties & events.

This is an attractive role for a marketing coordinator who is creative with a passion for social media and content creation in a nurturing and fun environment.


As a Marketing Coordinator your tasks will include:

  • Under the direction of the Marketing Manager you will contribute to social media & marketing planning (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Email and Blogging.)
  • Assist in the development and execution of the monthly content plan that supports the broader marketing calendar 
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, managing, planning, and executing the social media calendar across all channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
  • Generate ideas for content, competitions + influencers and feed back to Marketing Manager for discussion. Managing follow ups, research and outreach for new partnerships and competitions
  • Assisting with artwork briefing to Graphic Designer for all business materials, lookbooks, content and launch collateral.
  • Assisting with Influencer outreach – research, communication, coordinating product requests/sizes & managing dispatch with Customer Service and follow up.
  • Assisting with collecting required inputs for online store – product descriptions, colour swatches, sizing measurements and imagery upload on product pages for new collections.
  • Coordination and organisation of product ghosting
  • Assisting with event planning, setup and execution.
  • Assisting with planning and executing photoshoots: research, scouting, creating call sheets, setup, styling and BTS.
  • Ad-hoc marketing responsibilities, including various administrative tasks


About You:

  • Minimum of 2years experience in a similar role in the fashion/retail ecommerce industry
  • Experience with graphic design & photography advantageous
  • An enthusiastic, positive, good vibe go-getter!
  • Passion for content creation
  • Strong Copywriting and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, and eager to learn and grow
  • Takes initiative, is proactive with ideas and thrives working with others in a
  • collaborative team and environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to be working across multiple tasks at any given time
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape and an inherent curiosity to remain on the pulse of industry trends.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge and experience using Shopify, social scheduling platforms and Content platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to positively represent the brand
  • Working knowledge of Mac operating systems and internet applications
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
