Our warehouse operates out of Coolangatta QLD, in Australia from Monday to Friday AEST. We do not operate on Public Holidays or weekends, orders will be processed the next business day.

Transit times are calculated from the date of dispatch. During standard business operation we aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours. However please note that during sales or campaign launches this timeframe will be extended.

We also encourage you to purchase express shipping to have your order prioritised ahead of standard services.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with a link to track your order.


This is a service that we offer for customers that can visit our flagship store in Coolangatta to pick up their order. This option is free of charge and can be selected as a shipping method at the checkout. After one week if your order has not been collected, we will email you a reminder to pick up. 
Please only select this option if you will be collecting your order within 2 weeks time.


We offer 2 modes of shipping within Australia using the Australia Post network.

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business day transit)
  • Express Shipping ( 1-5 business day transit)

For our WA customers, we strongly encourage you to purchase express shipping due to the issues Australia Post sometimes experience with the commute over to WA including delayed transit times.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $199 and over.



We offer 3 modes of shipping for our International Customers

  • Postal Standard International Shipping (10-21 business days)
  • Postal Express International Shipping (7-12 business days)
  • DHL Express Courier Shipping (5-7 business days)

Postal services are sent via Australia Post and will deliver/are traceable via your country's local postal service. DHL Express is a fast courier service and is trackable via the DHL Express website.



Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Nine Lives Bazaar is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.



If you have not received your order around the timeframe provided, please check your tracking online with the postal or courier services chosen before contacting us at orders@ninelivesbazaar.com.au with your order number. 

As it is the customers responsibility to confirm all correct address details at the time of purchase, if your tracking says 'Delivered' or 'attempted delivery', it will be up to the customer to investigate with the relevant postal service further. For international customers, this will be the postal service within your own country or DHL if you have chosen express DHL shipping. 

If the tracking is inconclusive and has 'pending' tracking, please contact us and we will investigate further.
