The Dive Motel Nashville

If NLB was a motel it would be this! We have been swooning over The Dive Motel with its one of a kind styled rooms that all include their signature ‘Party Switch’ that spins a Disco Ball to the tunes of “Dive Radio”, consisting of 4 channels: Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll and Sleep. Need I say more! Get us here now!

Dazey Desert House Palm Springs

We've had the Dazey Desert House pinned to our mood boards ever since we discovered this Airbnb! This mid century gem is a design dream and a kindred spirit with their obvious love for orange. More is more and less is a bore as we like to say here at NLB! Can we move in?

Saguaro Hotel Palm Springs

A rainbow hotel with palm trees lining the horizon, what more could you want? This aesthetically pleasing hotel provides all the photo ops. I can just see myself there now, sipping a cocktail by the pool getting ready for Coachella! We are big fans of a festival boogie here so sign us up!

Ace Hotel Palm Springs

A desert oasis which features its very own refined roadside diner and desert cave bar. Most of the rooms include a record player and I just love the small retro touches!

Area 55 Joshua Tree

An original Futuro House restored for the ultimate glamping experience. The Futuro was designed by Finnish architect Matti Suuronen, with fewer than 100 built during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The shape is reminiscent of a flying saucer and I would like to live out my space cowgirl dreams here.

Casa Caracol Isla Mujeres

The seashell house is our ideal tropical destination with its private pool and beach access. Featuring quirky sea shell decor, it's a mermaid's palace! Keep the margaritas flowing, thanks!

Madonna Inn San Luis Obispo

This quirky hotel is a pink and copper fairytale! It's lavish, over the top and fulfils all our floral fantasies. Each room is truly unique and the Inn has its very own bakery. This stay is definitely one for the sweet hearts.

The Rambler Motel Chula Vista

This Motel features vibrant art installations and is exploding with colour- just the way we like it. As we love to bring the rainbow where ever we go, we think we would be right at home here! The motel even has its very own retro games arcade.

Astor Hotel Albury

We just love this candy coloured revamped retro hotel. It gives us that whole Palm Springs feel but right here in Australia. I think we need to do a NLB photoshoot here asap!

Moonlight Mesa Joshua Tree

This Airbnb is my personal favourite and one that's very close to my heart. I stayed here on my trip to the states in 2019 and it did not disappoint. The Moonlight Mesa is a vintage time capsule and one for the true retro lovers. You will fall in love with this '70s desert oasis as you bathe under the desert stars in your hot tub and spend the evenings listening to records.
